What is a pocket WiFi and how does it work?
A pocket WiFi is a portable wireless modem, also know as MiFi, mobile hotspot, internet dongle, that connects any Wi-Fi enabled device - smartphones, laptops, and tablets - to the internet through the mobile telephone network.
It works like a domestic Wi-Fi hotspot, generating a WIFi network with a radius of about 10-15 meters around you but… it fits in your pocket!
It requires no installation, cables, or software. Just turn on the pocket WiFi, enter the password indicated on the device the first time, and connect your personal devices immediately!
How can mobile WiFi simplify and improve my travel?
When you rent a single WiFi hotspot, you allow your family to continuously access the Internet, and use a lot of web-based services that can improve and simplify your Italian holiday.
You will be able to adapt to new places, use public transport, translate a conversation, read more about what lies ahead, read an email sent just minutes before, chat with a friend halfway around the world, make calls via VoIP, share your location, find a good restaurant in the area, and much more!
Below are some examples of available services. The list is long! We provide only the basic information because this world of "web-based" services is evolving at an incredible rate!
We invite you to learn more about a specific app that interests you by direct access through the developer’s website and test it immediately by installing it on your device -the most are free- before leaving for Italy!
You will not be strained to communicate with friends or relatives only when you return to the hotel in the evening.
You will be able to send and receive email anywhere, call via VoIP (often for free), make video-calls (eg. with Skype), and have real-time control of your social media like Facebook or Google+.

Depending on your location, others apps allow you to have interactive guides that explain what you're facing, such as Triposo, Tripwolf, Lonely Planet and TripAdvisor.
Relax, translate, eat ...
Take a break and read a newspaper online, see a movie in your language, listen to your favorite music by choosing from millions of songs...
When you need it, you can translate any text (such as a menu!) simply by framing it, or talk to anyone with an "interpreter" by your side, thanks to the excellent Google Translate...
When you're hungry, you can get advice from thousands of people, thanks to the excellent Tripadvisor, and discover the best restaurants around you!
Mobile WiFi data access can simplify and make your trip more comfortable in a thousand different ways, for a very small cost!
For almost every need, you have an app! You have only to be prepared in advance, make a selection, read up, and create your personal travel "kit", to have the best and most well-deserved holiday!
How many devices can I connect to a single pocket WiFi?
The 4G and 4G+ devices we rent online permits connection of up to 10 devices simultaneously, allowing your entire family to stay connect at the same time!
Please note that the connection speed is shared among the connected devices, and the hotspot battery consumption is proportional to the number of connections supported by the hotspot, so having 10 devices connected at the same time could result in speed slowdown and quick battery drainage. For this reason, when using high data consumption apps or services like Netflix or Spotify, we recommend that you rent a single mobile hotspot for every 4-5 personal devices that you plan to connect during your trip.
See “HOTSPOT DEVICES” FAQ section to know more about battery consumption.
“3G Basic” device offered by some of our Partners (Stores and Tourism Activities) allows for a maximum connection of 5 devices simultaneously. See the specific details in the sections indicated.
How is WiTourist’s dataplan one of the best in Italy?
Standard dataplans have a fixed monthly price, this means the telephone operator has greater interest in limiting “exaggerated” network usage of specific users, and reduces the connection speed if the consumption surpasses a specific daily or monthly limit, or in case of a specific usage like VoIP and/or streaming with services like Netflix or Spotify.
Our pocket WiFi devices use one of the best mobile data plans in Italy, a highly professional solution developed by the main telephone operator in Italy only for “Top Companies”, in order to provide the best available performance in every place and situation, without “hidden” limitations typical of other standard mobile dataplans!
We do not pay a fixed monthly price, but pay proportionally to the data consumption of our devices. Which makes the operator more interested in keeping the best performance possible, and eliminating all possible limitations!
What is the WiTourist coverage area?
WiTourist works throughout Italy using the infrastructure of the largest Italian mobile telephone operator to guarantee superior coverage when using your smartphone, tablet and laptop.
As of September 2016, coverage percentages per Italian population are: 3G UMTS 98.6%, 3G HSPA 97.2%, 3G HSPA+ 74.9%, and 4G LTE 68.1%.
For further information about coverage in a specific location, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What does it mean to have “priority tower access”?
Any antenna in the telephone operator network serves a portion of the territory (cell). The antenna’s traffic capacity (bandwidth) is shared between all of the devices connected in that specific cell. For this reason, the higher number of devices connected, the lower the bandwidth of each individual device.
This division of bandwidth is not equal for all devices, but depends on the priority access related to your specific dataplan level. Our dataplan has the highest priority level provided by the telephone operator, meaning that also if the tower traffic is intense, our “reserved” speed level is the highest possible!
Is there coverage on a cruiseship?
Unless you’re close to land (at least some kilometers) the device will not work. Pocket WIFi devices need to pick up a land-based signal to connect to the internet. Please note that if your cruise advertises WiFi connectivity on board, it’s satellite-based.
If my cell phone can receive a signal, will the pocket wifi as well?
Not necessarily. Your cell phone may work by a different carrier than the pocket wifi, so they are not connecting to the same antenna.
On the other hand, cell phones connect to mobile voice networks that have better coverage than data networks, especially in rural areas. For this reason, in some rare situations you might be able to make calls, but not able connect to the internet.
What if I have a problem with coverage, or there is no coverage where I am traveling?
Our mission is to ensure that your experience with our service is uncompromising. However, sometimes the service could not function at 100%, due to lack of coverage, network congestion, and so on... These things are generally completely outside of our control, and happen without warning. However, we promise to resolve any issues you might have proactively and effectively.
In the very rare event that there is no coverage in your location and you won’t be traveling to another location, please contact us. We’ll immediately arrange for return of the hotspot, and will refund you the rental amount starting from the day after the courier receives your hotspot!
What is the average speed of a WiTourist pocket WiFi?
Telephone operators indicate the max speed available on their infrastructures, but it is not the real average speed. For reasons related to normal network congestion, the real average speed in Italy is about 5-6 Mbps for 3G standard, and about 15-20 Mbps for 4G standard. Those are average values for Italy, thus the average speed in a specific location can be different from another one. Speeds are practically the same with the main operators in Italy: one operator can offer better performance in a district, but then worse in another one.
Can I make phone calls or send SMS with the pocket WiFi?
The pocket wifi does not enable regular voice calls and SMS via cellular networks, however it does allow VoIP calls and messaging via WhatsApp, Skype, Viber, etc.
How can shared WiFi be unsecure?
When connected to the same router, a malicious user may take advantage of the WiFi network automatically generated in order to access to your personal device for illicit purposes.
With WiTourist, only your family can connect to your WiFi network, through a unique password indicated on your pocket WiFi!
Why do other operators have additional fees and charges?
All standard Italian dataplans have traffic limits applied, and usually offer only a few Gb per month. Once the set limit is surpassed, the connection is is blocked or the speed is reduced to such a low level that you will be unable to use even the most basic services. After the speed is blocked or reduced, you will have to purchase additional Gb (although not always possible, and when it is possible, it can be very expensive) to continue navigating at the highest speed.
Some operators have extra fees for tethering or allowing you to use the 4G speed.
Also, all dataplans allow access to additional services (in many cases, unknowingly and inadvertently), like when you click on a banner which can result in making undesirable weekly or monthly subscription charges directed credited to your dataplan.
With WiTourist you can relax, because everything is included, no hidden clauses, and the hotspot device is configured so you will not incur any additional charges or fees
Why are other dataplans not truly “unlimited”?
Today, none of the major Italian telephone operators offer a standard dataplan with a fixed monthly fee with truly unlimited data. As mobile internet usage is increasing, these operators offer only “pay per use” plans with a certain number of Gb available per month, in order to optimize traffic capacity.
When you surpass the specific amount allowed, the speed is reduced and makes the use of some services impossible. Using questionable marketing terminology, many operators name these plans “unlimited” because after the limit is reached, while your access is still available, it is at a highly reduced speed.
We don’t pay a fixed monthly price, but proportionally to the data consumption of our devices, which makes the operator more interested in keeping the best performance possible, and eliminating all possible limitations!
What “restrictions” do other operators apply?
Many telephone operators reduce the navigation speed or block access to the Internet if you use specific services or websites. For example, they inhibit VoiP to encourage you to use their voice services, and block video streaming and P2P services to avoid excessive traffic consumption.
With WiTourist you can access any service without limits! You can use VoiP to call your friends and family anywhere in the world at no extra cost, stream a video using your preferred provider, search a site that interests you, and much more!
What are the problems associated with fixed WiFi?
A fixed WiFi network is based upon a series of antennas with limited potential to disseminate service over a set region. In the best case, coverage will be limited to only a specific section of a city center, like a neighborhood. Any antenna covers a specific area with a radius of a set number of meters (from 15 to 50): consequently, the connection can frequently be interrupted until you are in range of the next antenna.
You must consider that fixed WiFi network areas in Italy are “rare”, and when present, often they may not function correctly (e.g. have partial antenna function).
Limits of use
Connection may happen with limited speed, with a time limit, or maximum amount of data available. Usually, services like VoIP and streaming videos are blocked.
Fixed WiFi access requires a registration process that requests personal information and takes time away from your trip, and must be one on every personal device you wish to connect. Registration does not always allow for immediate connection, and it can take several minutes for authentication to arrive. Also, for every new network you must repeat the registration process...
When connected to the same WiFi network, other users may have access to your personal devices for illicit purposes. With WiTourist, your family has an exclusive WiFi network that no unknown persons can access, unless you provide them the password.
Almost all fixed Wifi networks redirect you to a “landing page”, which generates promotions and advertisements every time you connect. Also the email address you provide for registration can be used for promotional purposes.
What are the problems related to roaming?
Cost and performance
In case of roaming, your home phone operator pays the Italian operator according to their specific agreement, usually fees starting from from 10 up to 500 €/Gb (for extra UE roaming).
Consequently, if you use roaming “by consumption”, in the best scenario, you may pay up to double the fees stated above...
Instead, if you use roaming in a “pre-paid package”, you will be able to have traffic up to an extremely limited amount, and if you surpass it, depending on the operator, you can purchase another package, or continue to navigate at an extremely limited speed (generally 128Kbps), or pay by consumption.
Roaming is usually with only one specific operator (depending on your operator agreement with the italian operators) , so if you do not set your device to the correct operator or incorrectly configure the device, you risk very higher costs!
Depending on your original country, your smartphone may not be 100% compatible with Italian network standards. In this case, you must purchase and configure the necessary hardware (the hotspot) to have connection, and once you return to your home country, it will no longer be usable.
Almost all roaming options do not allow the use of tethering, so the connection is only usable on the smartphone where the sim is located.
What are the problems associated with purchasing an Italian sim card?
No Italian dataplans offer unlimited traffic at the maximum available speed! All provide a traffic limit, and once over it, the speed is drastically reduced.
Sometimes the operator limits the speed, or blocks the connection, if you use specific services services like VoiP, P2P, and video streaming.
Often times tethering is inhibited or a fee is required for tethering. If the cell antenna is overloaded, almost every Italian operator applies “priority access” policy, which penalizes the more economical dataplans.
Depending on your home country, it may not be possible to sign a Italian dataplan contract, for fiscal and / or legal reasons. In most cases, the registration requires time in the store, is necessary to talk with store personnel who may not speak your language, and above all, will require you to sign an extended period (months or years) contract that consists of many pages.
Often the operator applies extra costs for traffic over the standard amount.
In addition, you may pay for “services” related to “fraudulent” banners on some websites.
If you bring an additional device (smartphone or hotspot) from your home country in order to use the Italian sim card, you need to configure it, wasting your time, and may risk that the hardware is not 100% compatible.
In this case you would have to purchase an Italian device, which may not work once you return to your home country.
What are the problems associated with renting a “European” or “Worldwide” pocket WiFi?
Cost and Performance
All other rental hotspot options that allow you access the Internet in multiple countries are based upon roaming, and for this reason, they have the same problems.
Usually they use the UMTS standard, which is the least performing of the 3G, and have a daily limit of a few Mb per day (best case scenario the device has the limit of 100-500 Mb per day).
Over this daily limit the speed is drastically reduced making the hotspot practically unusable.
And, to conclude, all of this is typically offered at fees double or triple to the ones in respect to WiTourist!
Why is WiTourist Customer Care more effective than others?
Often operators indicate their Customer Care is available 24/7, but if you contact them during specific hours they reply with an automated message saying “we will contact you as soon as possible”, and you may be waiting many hours for a reply.
We are “truly” at your disposal everyday from 9AM to 11PM, with “real” and prepared operators, via email, chat, SMS, and WhatsApp. During these working hours, our support team will typically reply within 30 minutes.
Our main office is located in Rome. We decided to work exclusively in Italy, not only to offer a truly high-level Italian dataplan, but also to truly be able to provide the quickest and best service for delivery / return operations, and for any eventual support you may need!
What do you mean with “respect for you”?
In the “Web Era”, we are used to a very aggressive marketing approach. Companies often use words in a sneaky way, to let you understand one thing, but indicating other...
Our approach is different, and below you can read some examples.
Be sure to receive in time
Other rental companies make you pay immediately, also if sometime they well know that it is not possible to deliver your device in time!
It’s not correct, because they “lock” you to their service, as you have already paid, and now you are “obliged” to wait for the first available delivery date!
We don’t make you pay immediately, but give you a quotation with a deadline to meet, based upon your location and dates indicated, which will ensure that you receive your device in time.
No need to create an account
Almost every commercial website requires you create an account in order to make additional contact trying to sell their products. We don’t! We not “persecute” you with dozens of emails if you are not interested in our service.
Our approach is to email your quotation with the deadline, as indicated above. If you have not yet confirmed the ordered, and the deadline is near, we only send you another email to remind you of the date. Nothing more...
If you confirm the booking, no account is needed! We will only contact you by email, using your booking code, and only concerning communications related to your rental. If, after the rental period, you’d like to stay in touch with us, you can ”friend” our Facebook account.
No “insurance” needed
Initially, other companies indicate a daily price, but when you go to the booking form, they have additional “insurance” options available for purchase in order to avoid extremely high penalties if the device is stolen or lost…
We set the lowest penalties possible, with no other suggested “options” needed. If you lose your device, or your device is stolen, we cash your deposit as the “penalty fee”, with no additional penalties guaranteed.
No fake “unlimited” traffic
It’s a fundamental point for us: it’s not acceptable that others operators indicate “unlimited” traffic, but decreases your speed after you meet a specific data traffic quota! Our dataplan is truly unlimited, which means you always can navigate at full speed.
Customer-friendly Terms and Conditions
As you are on holiday, a service like this requires Terms and Conditions that are customer-oriented, easy to understand and apply, which allows any eventual problem to be solved quickly and easy! Please read the FAQ section “Booking”, and/or read our Terms and Conditions, to see some examples of our “approach”!
What do you mean with “fair marketing”?
Almost every other WiFi rental Company has a referral program that offers money to people (bloggers) to write articles about their service with a link to their website. Generally, for every effective new customer that order through this link, the company offers a percentage or a fix fee to the blogger. Good for the bloggers, but not for you! Remember, it’s your money, and this practice risks the creation of fake reviews!
Bloggers writing about us are free to write what they really think, because we don't pay them.
Do you know that anyone can buy Facebook followers? It’s a phenomenon that increases everyday, usually because people are more willing to trust Companies with a larger numbers of followers.
We don’t purchase our followers! We make every year thousands and thousands of rentals, and in our experience only a small percentage of customers truly decide to become a follower, even if the large majority are satisfied with our service. We don’t force anyone to be our follower, we don’t offer discounts if you become a follower, and we don’t buy fake followers.
The number of followers we have is the normal “physiological” number related to the number of rentals.
Can I amend my booking information after placing an order?
If you want to change your rental dates or delivery details after placing your order, you can do so. It’s important that any change is communicated as soon as possible, to allow us to manage your order correctly. Just contact us by email, indicating your booking code, and we'll make the necessary arrangements!
Is it possible to extend the rental period once it’s already begun?
Yes, you just need to get in touch with us ahead of time, so we can make the necessary arrangements.
What emails will I get from WiTourist?
Once your order is confirmed, you will only receive emails with information regarding your rental, including dates and places for pickup and return the hotspot. For this reason, please make sure the email address you provide is one you will regularly check while in Italy.
How can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your rental anytime you want. If your device has not been dispatched, everything will be refunded, except the “booking fee”. If your device has already been dispatched, then we will not be able to refund also the shipping charges, and will calculate the refund of the rental amount starting from the day after the courier collects your device for the return.
How can I find the order charge on my bank statement?
The charge will show up on your bank statement from "EVOLIA Srl".
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices indicated on the website include VAT. You can also rent a device with VAT exclusion for business purposes.
Do you require a deposit?
If you rent through the "Booking Online" section, a deposit is required for each hotspot rented, to protect against damage, loss, or theft of the device. Deposit will be refunded the same day the hotspot is returned to our Head Office.
If you rent at a Store or a Tourism Activity, you are required to preauthorize the company providing the service to eventually charge your credit card for a value depending on the hotspot model chosen. Credit card information will be deleted when the device is returned to the specific location where you rented your hotspot.
Please remember that only Visa and Mastercard (no debit cards) are allowed!
Why are rental fees different between online booking and rentals at a Store?
We continuously try to set our prices to the lowest amount possible, while of course, maintaining a high quality.
For this reason, we optimized prices for the two options.
When you rent at a Store or a Tourism Activity, daily rental costs are higher than for online booking, because stores are independent from WiTourist, and their costs for managing the rental according to our procedures are less “optimized” than for online booking. Anyway, when only renting for a few days, the Store or Tourism Activity rental option allows you rent a device in a smarter and more economical way than by online booking, as you save on delivery costs!
What is the “booking fee”?
For online bookings, we apply a fixed one-time booking fee, to cover all the costs associated with the procedures, we must perform in order to register payments, manage the order, contact the accomodations indicated, reserve one or more devices at your name, and so on… These procedures are independent from the costs of the “real” service (the hotspot rental), and must be applied, no matter if you rent for one day or a hundred, if you rent one device or ten, but also if you cancel your reservation for any reason.
What do you mean with “smart delivery and return”?
We organize and provide everything for both delivery and return, so that you do not incur additional costs or difficulties by attempting to return the device on your own. You will always receive a return package including a prepaid waybill, so you only have to seal it and leave the package with your accomodation Reception Desk, TNT Point personnel, or to the referent person indicated. We will then contact them to arrange the package collection by the courier.
How do you check devices?
It’s important that we trust not only our dataplan, but our devices as well!
Before we adopt a new device model, our Technical Department tests dozens of models for months in order to determine the best for performance and reliability.
Prior to delivery, each device, charger and cable, must pass a main functionalities test. Upon return to our Head Office, a second test is undergone.
Depending on the model, after a specific life period, devices are retired from the rental circuit.

What do you mean by standard, medium or intensive battery usage?
For all hotspot models offered, the battery life is indicated based upon tests conducted using the following methods.
Only one smartphone connected, with 2 email accounts, 1 WhatsApp account, and 1 Facebook account.
Using the web browser for 10 minutes and Google Maps for 10 minutes.
Two smartphones connected, each using 2 email accounts, 1 WhatsApp account, and 1 Facebook account.
Using the web browser for 20 minutes, Google Maps for 20 minutes, and streaming one video 640x480 for 10 minutes.
Four smartphones connected, each using 2 email accounts, 1 WhatsApp account, and 1 Facebook account.
Using the web browser for 30 minutes, Google Maps for 30 minutes, and streaming one video 640x480 for 20 minutes.
Please remember that battery life can depend on other factors, such as coverage.
What influences the battery life and how can I extend it?
The average battery life depends on the specific hotspot model, and is influenced by:
If you are in an area without good coverage or communication is disturbed (for example, thick walls), your hotspot may use more than twice the amount of standard energy needed to establish a stable connection. Under these conditions, the battery will be discharged faster and the lifespan may be up to 50% of the standard.
TIP - Turn off the hotspot when the connection is weak and you will know that you will stay in the same position for a long time (for example, when you are in a building with extremely thick walls, or under ground level).
Automatic Updates of Operating System or Apps
Most devices are set to allow for automatic updates when connected to WiFI.
During automatic update downloads, there are two effects:
-Less speed for other activities, because part of the bandwidth is used for the download
-Higher battery drainage due to required continuous antenna connection
TIP - If you experience quick battery drainage while walking around, please deactivate automatic update services on your personal device, and activate them again when you can plug to a wall charger.
Services that use Background Data
Some software can exchange data without your knowledge, such as automatic photos upload to the cloud.
Also, always more frequently, websites and social media sites have “proactive” automatic video downloads for advertising or other purposes, also if you don’t click “play”.
TIP - If you experience quick battery drainage while walking around, please deactivate one or more automatic upload services on your personal device, and activate them again when you can plug to a wall charger.
Number of Devices Connected Simultaneously
The battery consumption is proportional to the number of connections supported by the hotspot, so having more devices connected at the same time will result in quicker battery drainage.
TIP - While the WiTourist hotspots allow you to connect up to 10 devices at the same time, we suggest that you rent a single mobile hotspot for every 4-5 personal devices that you plan to connect during your trip.
Other suggestions to extend the battery life of the hotspot
- Turn off the hotspot while charging, to allow for maximum recharge speed and to allow the battery to charge completely to 100%.
- Unplug the hotspot only when you are going outside and truly need the battery.
- Turn off the hotspot when you know you aren’t using it for a long period.
- Ensure you never without battery! We suggest you purchase a good quality power bank with a capacity of at least 5000Ah, or rent one of ours.
Delivery / Return
How do I receive my hotspot when booking online?
Once your order is confirmed, we immediately contact your accomodation or indicated TNT Point, and proceed to organize delivery via TNT courier. If you confirm your order within the required deadline, we deliver your WiFi package by 10.00 am so that you can take advantage of it on the day you arrive. Normally, we even deliver the day before.
The hotspot is delivered in a sealed TNT envelope with the WiTourist sticker clearly indicating your name.
If you pick up the WiFi at your accommodation, you will need to ask for it at the reception desk or with the person you referenced during the booking process.
If you pick up your WiFi at a TNT Point, you will need to visit it during the opening hours and present your ID documentation. For this reason, be sure to exactly indicate the name of the person who will be picking up the device.
How to return my device when booking online?
Initially you will receive an envelope. Inside this envelope there is a box (with inside hotspot, charger, cable, and instructions) and a second envelope for return of all items.
This second envelope has a transparent plastic pocket with a prefilled waybill.
It’s very important that you keep this second envelope and don’t remove the waybill, that is prepaid and reports all the information necessary for the return shipment by TNT!
Last day of rental, you will need to insert the box (with the hotspot and all accessories inside) into the return envelope, seal it, and give to the Receptionist or the TNT Point personnel. That’s all!
If you return to your hotel Reception desk, or to a contact person if you chosen an apartment, we will contact them in order to arrange the courier passage as soon as possible.
If you return to a TNT Point, please make sure to observe the opening hours indicated, and arrive at least a half an hour prior to closing.
Do I have to inform someone about delivery or return?
We always make advanced contact with the accomodations personnel or TNT Points indicated, so it’s only important that you indicate the correct information to us.
What is a TNT Point and how does it work?
TNT Points are activities like stationery stores, and airports luggage storages, that also allow for drop off and receipt of packages managed by the international courier TNT. There are over 1100 Points in Italy!
They are not directly related to WiTourist, but simply work as delivery and return point for the courier!
If you rent a device by online booking, you can choose a TNT Point to receive your hotspot. For pick up, you have to go there on the day chosen, respecting the opening hours, and present your ID documentation. They will find your package sent under your name, and give you! For this reason, is important that you always indicate the exact name of the person who will pick up the hotspot.
If you choose a TNT Point to return your hotspot, you have to use the return envelope provided, with its prefilled waybill (see FAQ E03), and they’ll accept the package. You don’t have to pay, because everything is prepaid and organized prior!
What is a Store and how does it work?
Stores are activities “on the road”, like bike rental, souvenir shops, info points, that also rent WiTourist devices.
They are independent from WiTourist and work under their responsibility with their own devices fleet.
To rent a device, you have only to go to the Store, without reservation.
Of course, fees are not applied for the delivery, and if also the return takes place at the same shop, even return fees will not be applied. Alternatively, you can decide to return to any hotel in Italy: you’ll receive a prepaid kit that will let you return the hotspot in an easy way, and you will incur a €10 “return to hotel” fee.
Every Store adopts WiTourist standards (devices, dataplan, Rental Agreement, procedures, instructions, registration form, and so on), offering only a specific hotspot model. As this is the case, we recommend checking the models available before you go to a specific Store.
How can I return an hotspot rented at a Store using the “Return to Hotel” option?
If you rent a hotspot at a Store, and request the “Return to Hotel” option, you will need to indicate to the Store clerk the name of the hotel, and name the Hotel reservation is booked under. During the rental process, you will receive a TNT envelope and a box for return. It is extremely important to save them for returning your WiFi device.
Last day of rental, you will need to insert the hotspot and all accessories into the return box, insert the box in the envelope, seal it, and give it to the Receptionist. We will contact the hotel the same day to arrange for pick up of the package by courier.
