Do you require a deposit?

If you rent through the "Booking Online" section, a deposit is required for each hotspot rented, to protect against damage, loss, or theft of the device. Deposit will be refunded the same day the hotspot is returned to our Head Office.

If you rent at a Store or a Tourism Activity, you are required to preauthorize the company providing the service to eventually charge your credit card for a value depending on the hotspot model chosen. Credit card information will be deleted when the device is returned to the specific location where you rented your hotspot.
Please remember that only Visa and Mastercard (no debit cards) are allowed!
