WiTourist was great! There was no internet in Tuscany because of remote location and thick walled villa. My daughter needed to work and upload files to USA. WiTourist gave her the internet and speed she needed. The device was delivered to the villa and easily returned to the Rome Airport. It saved our vacation!

The best money we spent on our vacation. It worked everywhere we went and we were able to stay online the entire time. Easy pick up and drop off. A friend recommended it to us and we will do the same for anyone who is traveling.

Wow. Italians do it better so they say. And I can confirm it with Witourist. I needed quickly WiFi and within one day it was all sorted. The communication with Giulia was excellent and the office is super convenient. Literally 2 minutes from the subway station. Everything was ready and I was gone in 1 minute. The service works very well. Internet is fast and reliable. I even got 1 day for free. Thank you Giulia and the Witourist team.

This was a life saver for our trip to Italy. It was small and portable used it all over Southern Italy. Wi Tourist was a very simple process to use. Customer Service answered all questions. I would definitely recommend this product and company!

Easy pick up and return at a location 2 minutes from our hotel, couple extra Euros if you want hotspot delivered to your hotel. 4G+ and battery pack was a great deal and worked almost everywhere we need it from Rome, Pompeii, Naples and Florence!! Was more than half the price off another provider that I would have had to bring with me and then pay return shipping once I got back to the US.

I've just returned from a 2 week trip to Sardinia where I had to work for a few days during my holiday. I can absolutely recommend this device. I arranged to collect the device from a local TNT point and it was waiting for me when I arrived. There was no issue with dropping it off at the end of the rental period either. As I was working, I was using video conference call facilities and was informed by my colleagues that the connection was excellent (in fact, better than our offices!). I managed to email all day, work on my laptop downloading and uploading presentation decks, large spreadsheets etc - no issues at all with performance. Battery lasted about 7-8 hours which was absolutely fine for me. We actually had 3 devices running off it - my laptop and two ipads with no problems whatsoever. I would definitely use again and thoroughly recommend.

We just spent 10 days in Italy. Having WiTourist made all the difference. We saved on our data plan by renting the wifi device. We were able to stay connect to our family and explore the city using Google Maps and internet. Without it, we would have never seen the cities like we did. I highly recommend renting unlimited WiTourist Wifi!

We used our little buddy traveling all over Italy in Rome, Florence, Bologna, and Venice. Perfect size for my son's pocket or my purse. Extremely reliable. Battery life was very satisfactory...like 8 to 9 hours. (We needed a break to charge our phones and feet anyway!!) Having this device helped relieve any anxiety I had traveling around a foreign country. Oh, and it was delivered to my hotel upon arrival which was awesome and drop off at a store 2 blocks from our train to depart was convenient as well. Great service! Highly recommend!!!

Very convenient and customer oriented service. Pocket wi-fi worked very well and it was very convenient to order delivery straight to the Hotel. Thank you guys for making my trip so much easier.

Traveling in Italy it's a must have! We were in Italy including Sicily for a month and it became our best little buddy. We named it Point! Streaming FB live of our adventures to our friends and family was a total tease. Netflix streamed well. We'll certainly do it again next time in Italy!

The WiTourist is incredible, what else can I say? I work remotely and need the ability to connect my computer to wifi almost every day. Throughout Italy, over the course of three weeks, the WiTourist was up and working (and working WELL), and lasted my entire day. It was at my hotel upon arrival and easy to drop off (in the included envelope) at the hotel upon departure. I ordered the 4g+ and it was fast throughout Cinque Terre, Milan, Amalfi, and Calabria. There wasn't a day that went by when I didn't wonder how I'd get my work done if I didn't have this device! Thanks guys!

Would of been lost without it. Very worth what it costs. Highly recommend this for anyone going to Italy!
