The “Europe Pack” is an option you can add to a PRO 4G device when you order it. It adds 40GB per month in Europe, over the unlimited data already available in Italy.
The delivery is possible ONLY IN ITALY, while the RETURN is possible as follows:

The 50 GB allowance is renewed on the first day of each month. The data not used in a month is unavailable the following month, so if you rent a WiFi in Europe for a period spanning more months, you can use 50 GB each month!
Please consider that also if 50 GB is a lot of data (see the FAQ “What can I do with 50 GB/month?”), we strongly recommend monitoring data after you leave Italy to prevent it from expiring. Once it expires, you won’t be able to use the Europe Pack until the next month. The PRO 4G device includes a display with a data counter. You can use it to check the GB used outside Italy (we suggest noting the data used in Italy, as it does not affect the Europe Pack allowance). The counter resets on the first day of the month to facilitate monitoring.
The delivery is possible ONLY IN ITALY, while the RETURN is possible as follows:
- From ITALY: when you book online, you can indicate where you will return the device (your hotel, a FedEx Point, and other options), and we will arrange the return with a FedEx courier, sending you a “return bag” with a waybill included;
- From the 32 EUROPEAN COUNTRIES where it works: at the end of the rental, you will have to ship on your own the device to our headquarters by an express courier and give us the information to track the package.
