Do you require a deposit?

If you rent through the "Booking Online" section, a deposit is required for each hotspot rented to protect against damage, loss, or theft of the device. The deposit will be refunded the same day the hotspot is returned to our Head Office.

If you rent at a partner store or a tourism company, you are required to preauthorize a charge to your credit card (value depending on the hotspot model chosen) from the company, in case of damange, loss, or theft. Your credit card information will be deleted once the device is returned to the specific location where you rented your hotspot.
Please remember that only Visa and Mastercard (no debit cards) is allowed!
