Quite often operators indicate their Customer Care is available 24/7, but if you contact them during specific hours they reply with an automated message saying “we will contact you as soon as possible”, and you may be waiting hours for a reply.

We, on the other hand, are truly at your disposal, meaning every day from 9 AM to 8 PM (off-season - Italy time) and from 9 AM to 10 PM (high-season - Italy time), with real and prepared operators, via email, chat, SMS, and WhatsApp.
During these working hours, our support team will typically reply within 30 minutes.
